Car Lease Transfer will enable you to find other people who may be willing to take over your lease, allowing you to make your next move.

Of course, this will be ideal for people looking to pickup a short term lease - much cheaper than hiring, and less commitment and cost than a full 3 year lease contract or a 12 month contrcat on a new car.
